City’s annual 15 Minute Exercise Challenge kicks off on Monday 30 October and runs for 6 weeks. This challenge is always popular at City, with team members cheering each other on and enjoying some healthy competition with other participants.

Making time for just 15 minutes of exercise each day is a powerful way to start small to establish a new healthy habit that can add up to big gains in health, fitness, and wellbeing.

Last year, participants reported a positive increase in overall health and fitness, and the challenge helped them establish an ongoing daily exercise habit. Let the challenge begin!
