Celebrating Excellence: City’s Annual Values Awards and Appreciation Dinner
Our people continue to be the driving force behind City’s growth and success. This October, we came together at our Annual Values Awards and Appreciation Dinner to recognise their dedication and celebrate how they live the City Values every day.
It was a night filled with laughter, pride and some heartfelt moments, as we celebrated those who have who have gone above and beyond and recognised the great achievements across our teams this past year.
Our annual awards recognise and celebrate those who went above and beyond in demonstrating our City Values and the incredible talent that helps us deliver our goals and exceed partner expectations.
The event also acknowledged and celebrated the dedication of team members who have completed 20 years of service with City and our most recent graduates of City’s three Leadership Programs: Future Leader, Leading High Performing Teams and Lead4City. These programs have been designed to nurture current and future leaders and we look forward to the positive impact they will continue to make across our business.
