City is thrilled to have been awarded the Platinum Award of Excellence for our groundbreaking Transcritical Refrigeration Training Program – a first-of-its-kind training solution designed to equip our refrigeration technicians with practical, hands-on experience in maintaining CO2 transcritical systems and get ready for the future of work.
A scaled-down version of a supermarket system was designed and developed within a mobile shipping container which could be transported around the country, to deliver targeted, cost-effective training nationwide, while minimising downtime. Over 25 training sessions were held nationwide, improving our team’s technical skills and promoting safety and operational efficiency in the refrigeration industry.
