City’s strategic partnership with Nilfisk, the Green & Healthy Buildings Innovation, was recognised by the Royal Danish Family at the Denmark–Australia in March: Partnering for a Green, Secure and Sustainable Tomorrow Business Day event.
On 18 March, City’s Dennis Porcellato (General Manager – Cleaning) and Michael T. Hansen (Managing Director at Nilfisk Pacific – Australia and New Zealand) were honoured to attend the signing alongside His Majesty King Frederik X, Her Majesty Queen Mary, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Troels Lund Poulsen, and the Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities Lars Aagaard Møller, together with a high-level business delegation representing leading Danish companies and organisations.
The Green & Healthy Buildings Innovation is a strategic partnership between City and Nilfisk to collaboratively identify, pilot and scale innovative cleaning technologies and methodologies that deliver greener, healthier and more efficient building outcomes across City’s partner portfolio.
The partnership provides a structured framework for testing and validating innovation within live operating environments, supporting measurable improvements in sustainability, productivity and long‑term asset performance, with the intent to scale commercially compelling solutions nationally and internationally.
“Being recognised by the Royal Danish Family is a proud and significant moment for our business. Through this partnership, City will continue to advance greener, safer facilities management solutions for our partners and communities, reinforcing our commitment to continuous innovation and helping build a more sustainable future. Thank you to our team for your hard work and dedication in driving this forward,” said Chris Winchester, City’s Group Chief Executive Officer – APAC.
