City Onsite Resource Portal
What is City Onsite? Why has City introduced it?
- City Onsite has been developed by City in response to our partner’s demands for real-time data on the status of maintenance jobs.
- City Onsite is City’s digital platform for managing subcontractor time and attendance, visitor registration, and compliance across all partner sites.
- It is used by City to ensure job updates are provided by subcontractors at the time of attendance.
- Other features include a live compliance status check and a digital permit option when high-risk work activities are undertaken.
- Visiting subcontractors use the app to check in at site, update job progress, and sign out upon completion. This ensures real-time visibility of job status, eliminates the need for end-of-week reporting, and streamlines invoicing by capturing job updates at the point of attendance.
- For Administrators, City Onsite works in tandem with City Workbench to reduce administrative overhead, improves safety and compliance, and provides a consistent, transparent process for all subcontractors working with City.
How does using City Onsite benefit me?
- It’s straightforward for subcontractors to record time and attendance and comply with City’s requirements for site visits.
- It is easy to keep track of which jobs you have allocated to which technicians.
- Provides visibility over when a job you delegated to another Subcontractor has been completed.
- There is no need to submit job updates at the end of the week or month when you want to invoice, your technicians will have done that at time of attendance.
- Reduces your administrative burden of fielding calls from the City Helpdesk chasing updates on jobs that have already been attended.
